I have my PC connected to a hub that is the only device directly connected to the ISP's router. All other connections to the ISP go through this hub. I have a machine in the next room that is generating 16KB/Sec of internet traffic (IRC file transfers), but I cannot see that traffic. There ar no filters set and the configuration dialog is set to pass all traffic not filtered.
I do see some traffic, but not that much. What should I check?
I want to use this tool primarily to determine who is generating the internet traffic volume and how much. I thought it would be the right tool, but not if I cannot see all the internet traffic.
Any hints?

First I need to know whether you can see other traffic from that PC? And bad Hub may be the problem, too. _________________ Harry Liu
